Consumer Returns

You may return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving your original order. You will be offered an exchange if possible or a full refund of your purchase costs, provided that all goods returned are complete and in good working condition.

All requests for the return of goods must be made by email to sales@systems2u.com.  You will be issued with an RMA number, which must be written on the outside of the packaging.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, at your cost and must be received by System Supply Industries Limited (SSi) within 14 days of purchase date. Please use a recorded post or courier service to return goods; we are not responsible for returned good until they are received by us.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected we will credit your original payment method with the full amount of your purchase. Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed. We will check all returned items to ensure that they are complete, working and the correct serial numbers.

If you received goods that have been damaged in transit, please report this to us by telephone or email within 1 working day of receipt so that we may make a claim upon our couriers.  Further, should you receive an order which is incorrect, please report this to us by telephone or email within 1 working day of receipt.

Business Returns

The above process applies to consumers and business alike, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee (minimum charge of £25) to business customers for cancelled orders.
